I don't expect a resolution on Spuffy. And that's not really my main concern here. It's just that to understand Buffy, I need to know what Spike meant to her -- how that all resolved. It would be like trying to understand Buffy in season 4 without knowing the hows or whys of Angel's departure from her life or how she reacted to it when it happened.
