*nods* The real disconnect here is that the comics have themselves in a place where either they've got to retcon their whole run (nigh on impossible), or we're supposed to read them as retconning S4-7 as Buffy really still being hung up on Angel the whole time and bottling up her inner Bella Swan for a rainy day (ie. now) (beyond impossible to essentially bullshit - unless you happen to be 0.1% of the audience who was rabid Bangel.)
