YES YES YES.

Xacula is totally about Bangel as well as being independently awesome. And OMG THAT'S WHY BUFFY TOOK SO LONG TO RESCUE XANDER FROM DRACULA, BECAUSE SHE CAN'T PROCESS WHY THE THRALL IS BAD. (And Willow was on the astral plane and Dawn was at Berkeley etc.)
